yahoo offers 9.9 c/min. primas offer 9.9 but u can use any phone . cell/land line.no intrenet con. needed other company.like primastel. charge 9.9c/min.but you can use that for any phone.so u dont need to stay home .u can use it for cell phone also. now i need to know which comp.offering 6 second rounding and lower then 7.9… because i find some r now lower then 9.9 so send me the ans,pl. thanks.
