I forgot to mail in my credit card payment this week. I didn’t want it to be late so I thought I would just do a western union quick collect and get it over with. When I called my credit card company to get the codes I needed, I got a man with a very bad Indian accent, he could not help me so he transferred me to another Indian man who also had no idea what I was talking about. After the third, I gave up and mailed it. Why are so many American companies sending their customer service centers to India where nobody here can understand them?
